Ash Singh, an improbable mixture of Indian blood, Canadian birth, Chinese education, and Singaporean business experience, has already established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the world of e-business. While still a student of the Richard Ivey School of Business at Chinese University in Hong Kong, he conceived and launched Social Network Business Systems, a social and business network development company. This venture led to a successful full-time enterprise that was eventually acquired by Singapore-based Ad.WRIGHT Holdings, a specialist in branding, advertising, and new media.

Relocating to Singapore, Singh assumed the directorship of Ad.WRIGHT’s Networks division, where he managed a team of employees from India, China, UK, Denmark, and the United States. He also manages Ad.WRIGHT's external portfolio of companies and acts as the company’s chief strategist. His clients include Marketing Magazine and McDonald’s.

Along with his commitments with Ad.Wright, Singh concurrently served as the Chief Technology Officer for At-Life Pte Ltd, which manages in-store plasma screens, kiosk network and Singapore’s largest customer loyalty rewards program with almost 500,000 members, for McDonald’s.

Ash is currently the Vice-President Interactive of Imagine OmniMedia, a Singapore based media ventures company focused on reality television in Asia. Ash is responsible for interactive elements for productions which include The Contender Asia.

Singh is also committed to supporting the local business community and to nurturing young local business talent. He co-heads the chapter of the Young Venture Capital Society, is a lecturer, speaker and honorary judge for business venture competitions at the INSEAD Business School. He is an associate of the for the Singapore Manufacturers Federation, and serves as an ambassador for the Richard Ivey School of Business. As an avid basketball fan, he is also an advisor to the Singapore Slingers professional basketball team. He also serves as a consultant to Google in South East Asia.

As an active member in the Sikh community, Singh currently serves as the Chief Evangelist of Sikhnet.com. He founded Sikhiwiki.org – The Encyclomedia for Sikh, Sikhpal.com. His passion to preserve the Sikh identity after the 9/11 lead the the creation of RateMyTurban.com a site dedicate to promting the turban which has been viewed by millions of people around the globe. He was recently hailed as "the greatest modern benefactor the turban ever had". His work has been featured on the BBC, Yahoo, and other media outlets around the globe. Ash has also had the opportunity to share his life experiences as a motivational speaker to Sikh youth in Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, UK and Australia.

In recognition of his many accomplishments and commitment to the community, Singh was recently honored with the Canadian Centennial Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence and Community Service. His entrepreneurial escapades have been featured in an INSEAD Case Study, New York Post, National University of Singapore, Toronto Star, Prestige Magazine, and on the BBC World's South Asian Business Review.

In his free time, Singh enjoys rollerblading, table tennis, snorkling, playing video games, and rating turbans. He is happily married to Miss Harsimran Kaur.
